This opportunity as a Customer Marketing and Affiliate Marketing Assistant will be based in the London head office.
Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager and Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be contributing to the growth of the business by improving website functionality, reviewing website content, email communications, direct mail and newsletters, as well as copywriting and assisting in - house design team producing offline and online communications. You will also be assisting in the monitoring of affiliate suppliers, gathering information on affiliate suppliers, producing usage reports using the company software and maintaining excellent records. You will also ensure the database and all customer information is accurate.
With experience of working in a marketing support role, you will have strong organisational skills, online marketing experience and knowledge of internal communications and affiliate marketing. Experienced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with strong written and verbal communication skills, you must also have some project management skills as well as experience in developing and delivering communications.
This position is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least two years work experience wishing to gain a first step into affiliate marketing and internal communications. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail. A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject would be useful but not essential, however the chosen candidate must be bright, enthusiastic and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
