Salary £35,000 - £50,000 basic + 15% bonus + full benefits package
A market leading consultancy, highly regarded within the Employee Benefits and HR Consulting field, this firm specialise in the provision of vast array of specialist products and services. Having already cemented relationships with over 500 UK and multinational firms, they are poised to take full advantage of the forthcoming changes in employee benefit provisions and therefore require a Health and Risk Consultant to join their London team. Providing health and risk benefit expertise to corporate clients in accordance with company procedures, you will be expected to contribute to the smooth running of the department and the achievement of its objectives. Candidates will have a full and thorough understanding of the HRB earnings generated by clients, ensuring this income is recognised correctly and paid when required. Furthermore, you must be able to clearly demonstrate a strategy for actively developing health & risk business from clients including promoting and securing existing and additional lines of business. Focusing on client satisfaction and business retention, you will develop professional relationships understanding all needs and objectives, attending meetings, preparing agendas and reports in accordance with brand guidelines and in accordance with company policy and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role is imperative and qualified to CIP, ACII or full FPC (or equivalent) is recommended. A basic salary of between £35,000 - £50,000 is on offer with a generous benefits package including a 15% bonus.
