Responsible for the strategic sales function in London & the South East, your teams task will be to develop new streams of income with a specific HRO focus. Dealing with all day to day management responsibilities including KPI's, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, P&L and top line revenue production you will also be expected to lead some of the larger client pitches. New Business Consultants are strategically placed within the business to network across a variety of channels. In addition to responding to new tenders, consultants actively seek new work across various disciplines promoting third party administration and flex admin to existing corporate connections. Conducting various other business development initiatives including seminars, direct marketing etc out of the group, consultants have a broad remit and therefore need true leadership and co-ordination of their business activities. The team is supported by an exceptional team of technical administrators and account relationship managers, your sole focus will be to win new business then pass it onto the team.
Successful applicants must be working within the employee benefits ideally with a bias towards flex and/or pensions admin for a consulting organisation with proven business development successes. Furthermore, a track record of successfully leading sales teams is as essential as you will inherit a pedigree sales force. Basic salary range is £90,000 - £100,000 + car allowance, exceptional benefits and high performance bonus scheme seeing year one package reach circa £180,000.
