They are committed to creating an open environment where talented people can and do succeed. This opportunity is for a Communications Consultant to be based in the London head office.

With minimal supervision, you will be working with core clients on a variety of voluntary and flexible benefit communication issues. Due to the increase in Flex schemes, the company is experiencing significant growth with both new and existing clients. As this is a client facing role, you will be expected to attend client meetings, present design ideas, prepare and take notes, and draft documents such as newsletters and scheme booklets.

The role will require the planning, implementation and management of effective and efficient internal communications solutions to launch and maintain awareness of flexible and voluntary benefits programmes for blue chip companies, large corporates and SMEs. Working with the Marketing and Communications Director, you will provide communications and media advice, write, edit, proof read and co-ordinate client internal communications materials.

A working knowledge of Employee Benefits and Flex is desirable as you will be required to draft/ amend employee communications on these areas. However, this requirement is not essential. Key attributes required include the ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team whilst showing commitment to quality and customer service. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 is on offer for this position as well as a full benefits package.
