Major Consultancy advising on all aspects of employment, including healthcare, flexible benefits, risk, pensions and HR strategy planning are currently seeking a Health Consulting Team Manager to be based in London. This is a managerial role and you will be responsible for a team of Consultants as well as delivering a consulting and broking service for health benefits to a portfolio of mid to large size corporate clients, including Private Medical Insurance (PMI), dental and cash plans. Duties also include developing business and revenue from a growing portfolio of clients through the introduction of Health Management and Benefits Solutions - DC, risk, flex and communications. You will also manage the team's financials including preparing monthly and annual forecasts whilst overseeing delivery by the team of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will have a demonstrable track record of successfully managing a team to deliver on budget and target whilst monitoring and understanding the financial performance. Experience of consulting a portfolio of private medical clients, including experience rated and ideally trust-based clients is essential as is a good knowledge of the PMI market and its providers. Salary ranges from £50,000 - £60,000 +25 days holiday, pension and benefits package.
