Communication Consultant – Private Bank
£400 – 450 per day (1year fixed term contract)

Household name within the Banking arena is looking to add to their rapidly expanding Marketing team in London. The need has arisen for a Communications Consultant to join on a one year fixed term contract.
Due to a recent restructuring within the bank, there is an extensive integration project that needs to be undertaken. One of the responsibilities within the Marketing team, is to lead the UK Private Banking External Communications (Comms) element of the Bank Integration project. The major component of this integration is the move of clients onto a common single platform and proposition. As the project date approaches, there will be an increased need for clear communication as changes to products and services are implemented across the Group.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
• To be the External Communications contact for UKPB, so to liaise and work with communications workstreams within Retail and Wholesale, and report back to the UKPB project team.
• To develop the UKPB communications approach and plan, taking into account what the business needs, the approach of the other businesses (Retail and Wholesale) and also what is pragmatic within the Integration framework.
• To execute any external Comms required as a result of integration. This must be implemented in line with the other business units.
• To be aware and monitor communications which may be sent to the UKPB clients as a result of them being Retail or Commercial clients, that they have no control over, in order to understand and asses our client impact.
Successful applicants will have direct experience of client communications and marketing, ideally from within a Banking organisation. You will have project management experience. Salary is between £400 – 450 per day plus excellent benefits. This role is a one year fixed term contract.
