Having enjoyed an illustrious career in a blue chip recruitment firm, Richard Jeffreys, founder and Managing Director of JWS Resources, identified various “gaps” in the market where clients were experiencing great difficulties in recruiting true talent. JWS was subsequently formed in January 2003 as a niche specialist recruiter servicing specific needs for specific clients.
